Mark Moreland earned his J.D. Degree from West Virginia University in 1980. In 1987 Mr. Moreland joined the Preiser Law Office, where he worked for four successful years. Mr. Moreland believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 1991 , Mr. Moreland began solo practice as Moreland Law Firm, l.c.. In 2008, Mr. Moreland and Ms. Moreland founded Moreland & Moreland, l.c..
